• Dr. RishmaPai is a Honorary visiting Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and IVF specialist at the Lilavati Hospital& Research Centre, Mumbai, since the January 2004 till date.
• She has been an Honorary Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist, Jaslok Hospital from 1993 till date. She was the Coordinator and Head of the Department of gynaecology at Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre, for three years.
• She is the visiting Honorary Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, at the Hinduja Healthcare Services, Mumbai.
• Convener of Diplomate of the National Board (DNB) Examinations, New Delhi and is Responsible for students training and examinations at Jaslok Hospital.
